William S Dean

William Samuel Dean, 62 of Moriarty, NM died Thursday, September 27, 2018 in Santa Rosa, NM following a sudden illness. William was born April 28, 1956 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Edgar (Sonny) and Mary Frances Fielder Dean. He was a graduate of Highland High School in Hardy, AR and attended Arkansas State University. He was a real estate salesman and an avid rodeo fan in addition to creating beautiful Indian Jewelry. Sam lived in the Santa Rosa, NM area for the last several years and loved his life and the people there.William is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Frances Sparks.Survivors include his children Carly Dean Trujillo (Joe), Cody Dean and Sky Manakaja, and two grandchildren, Taylor and Brendan Trujillo, all of Colorado. His son in law Joe Trujillo considered him his second father. Also surviving is his father, Sonny Dean, sisters Mary K. Caldwell, Lesa Love, Carrie Mathis (Mike), Julie Kelly (Chris), brother Derek Dean (Blair), all of Jonesboro, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.A private memorial service will be held in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
