Sandra Lopez

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lopez of Puerto De Luna, New Mexico who passed away on June 23, 2020, at the age of 74. She was strong, funny and vivacious. She will be deeply missed by everyone she encountered. Sandra is survived by her spouse Horacio, daughters Denise Salgado (Leonard), Kathryn Lopez (Craig Hyatt), Angela Lopez (Ralph Rodriguez), Terese Vallejos (Ted), grandsons Joseph Salgado, Jericho and Patrick Hyatt, granddaughter Amanda Salgado, great grandson Joshua Jr., siblings Ruben (Mary Jane) Chavez, Patty (Maxie) Saucedo as well as many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces. The family regrets that the services will not be open to the public due to the statewide restrictions pertaining to the COVID-19 Virus. In cooperation with the Governor’s order, services are limited to the immediate family only. However, the family does kindly ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Holy Rosary and the Funeral Mass were held on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Nuestra Senora Death Refugio Catholic Church in Puerto De Luna with Fr. Sotero A. Sena officiating.
