Priscilla Ann Romero-Garcia

Priscilla Romero-Garcia, 60 of Santa Rosa, NM passed away peacefully on Monday, May 31, 2021. Priscilla was born on February 14, 1961, in Santa Rosa to Maria Romero. Priscilla was raised in Santa Rosa, where she graduated from Santa Rosa High School in 1980 and later attended LVTI. Priscilla was employed in healthcare as an office manager until her retirement in 2015. Priscilla was a parishioner at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church and she enjoyed crocheting, reading, spending time with her family, and enjoyed her dogs. Priscilla is preceded in death by her mother; Maria Felicita Romero, brother; Herman Romero, and husband; Anthony Garcia. Priscilla is survived by her brothers; Gilbert Romero (Patty) and their children; Carla Romero and her children; Izaiah, Madisyn and Paityn, Jennifer Muniz (Ricardo) and their children; Preston, Aria, Jordyn and Carter, Erica (Sam), and their children; Samarah and Izabella and Gilbert Romero, II and Eric Romero (Maria) and his children; Christopher Romero and Daniella Romero and her daughter Evaya Foutz, Gerald Romero, sister; Maryanne Romero and her children; Cristobal and Lisa Pacheco, and her daughter; Leila. Visitation will be Friday, June 4, 2021, from 1-6 pm at Chavez Funeral Home, 923 S. Third St., Santa Rosa, NM. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at 10 am at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church followed by the Mass of Christian Burial, with Father Christopher Bernabe officiating. Interment of cremains will take place at a later date at Saint Joseph Cemetery with all of Priscilla’s nephews and nieces serving as Urn Bearers.
