Judy Wylie

Judith Carol "Judy" Wylie, age 77, of Clovis, NM, formally from Fort Sumner, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, October 21, 2023, at The Church on The Hill, Fort Sumner, NM. Interment of cremains will be at Fort Sumner Cemetery.Her son, Pastor Robert Wylie will officiate.

Judith was born on November 16, 1945, to Beryl Messerschmidt and Ruth Maurine Pierce in Wichita, KS. On December 31, 1965, in San Diego, CA she married Ronnie Keith Wylie and was with him until his passing.

Survivors include two brothers; Clint (Diane) Messerschmidt of San Diego, CA, and Donald (Kathy) Messerschmidt of El Cajon, CA, four children; Jeff (Ruby) Wylie of Murrieta, CA, Debbie (Ken) Bannigen of San Antonio, TX, Robert (Annmarie) Wylie of Mary Esther, FL and James Wylie of Albuquerque, NM, 15 grandchildren; Tiffany (Jacob) Hunter, Ronnie (Carissa) Wylie, Jame Lucero, Robert (Sofia) Lucero, Jamie Wylie, Carisa Bar’tee, Justin (Ashley) Jennings, Kristen (Steven) Elwart, Franscisco Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Jeffrey James (J.J) Wylie, Kristopfer Martinez, and Jessica Wylie and 13 great grandchildren; George Lucero, Logan Hunter, Derek Wylie, Lil James Lucero, Lil Robert Lucero, Linken Hunter, Lakota Hunter, Finley Wylie, Kaila Marie Stankwick, Calla Jennings, Ryan Jennings, Jaden Bartee and Jace Bartee.

She is preceded in death by her husband; Keith, her parents; Beryl and Ruth, and one brother; Jimmy Messerschmidt.
