Gerald Sheridan Young

Gerald "John" Young 83, of Yeso, NM passed away following a sudden illness on Friday, March 7, 2025 at PRMC in Clovis. Gerald was born July 24, 1941 in San Fernando, California to the home of Bert and Jean Young. He grew up and attended school in San Fernando and graduated from San Fernando High School in 1959.

Gerald worked in commercial construction his whole life. When he wasn't working he enjoyed fishing, watching old westerns, and being with his kids. 

Gerald is survived by two daughters: Tristin (Michael) Cooper of Simi Valley, CA, Tami Royer of Aurora, Co, and one son: Trevor Young of San Fernando, CA. Gerald is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
