Frank Anthony Allman Jr., 29 of Vaughn, NM passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at University Medical Center in Lubbock, TX following a short illness. He was born September 16, 1991 in Las Vegas, NM the son of Frank Allman Sr. and Yvette Rhinehart. He grew up and attended schools in Albuquerque and Vaughn. Frank is preceded in death by his dad, Frank Allman Sr., a sister Mellodi Sanchez on January 7, 2021 and his maternal grandfather Bill Rhinehart in 2020. Survivors include his girlfriend, Veronica Bargas of Roswell, his mother Yvette Rhinehart of Vaughn, maternal grandmother Betty Rhinehart of Vaughn, a sister Felicia Allman of Roswell, aunts Michelle Torres (Michael) of Vaughn, Elizabeth Lopez (Angelo) of Edgewood, Marika Sanchez (Nat) of Edgewood, uncles John Rhinehart (Dolores) of Santa Fe, Michael Aultman (Carla) of Albuquerque, Eric Gutierrez of Vaughn, Toney Gauna of Vaughn, and Billy Rhinehart (Carol) of Espanola. Also surviving are a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Cremation will take place. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
