Robert “Bobby” Serrano has passed to eternal life. A simple, Godly man who put God, family, and country above all else. A devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife Antonia, and granddaughter Natasha; along with his parents Simon Sr, and Petrita, and siblings Zulema, Luciano, Adolfo, Eslinda, Zoilo, Simon, Luis, Frank, and Charlie. He is survived by his children, Dan, Derrick, Robert, Simon, Billy, and Monica; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Alice. Bobby served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict. He returned to work and serve his community. He was an Under-Sheriff, Probation Officer, Sheriff, and Magistrate Judge for Guadalupe County; along with serving as Municipal Judge for the City of Santa Rosa. He owned several businesses and had a persevering entrepreneurial spirit. His memory lives on in the faithfulness he modeled as a loyal and faithful servant of God. He has finished the good race, fought the good fight, and kept the faith. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren, Danny, Devin, Derrick, Joshua, Robert, Christopher. Honorary pallbearers are his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Private services and burial were held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at La Morada with Fr. Christopher Bernabe officiating.
