Billy Waters

William J. "Billy" Waters, age 70, of Santa Rosa, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.Billy was born December 8, 1947 in Santa Rosa, NM to the home of William Oliver Waters and the former Virginia Chavez. He grew up and attended schools in Santa Rosa. He worked for many years in the road construction industry.Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary is scheduled for Friday, August 17, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at Chavez Funeral Home in Santa Rosa.Additional obituary information is pending.Arrangements are under the direction of Chavez Funeral Home, 923 S.
