Terry Lee Webb, 54 of Fort Sumner died Monday, July 6, 2009 at his home following a sudden illness. He was born February 1, 1955 to the home of Carl E. Webb and the former Naomi Mary Beverage. Terry attended primary school at Vaughn and later attended Fort Sumner Public Schools. He worked for several years in Lubbock, TX as a Coca Cola distributor. He returned to Fort Sumner where he worked construction, farmed and ranched. He was baptized at Fort Sumner Baptist Church. Terry enjoyed painting and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Carlene Webb. Survivors include his wife Marsha Webb of Fort Sumner; four sons Jacob Webb of Fort Sumner; Terry Webb Jr., Josh Webb and Bryan Cavett all of Hamilton, TX; two brothers Jerry Webb and wife Leticia of Fort Sumner; Tom Webb of Fort Sumner; two sisters Debbie Solis and husband Ross of Denver City, TX; and Sandra Prinsloo and husband A.J. of Greeley, CO. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, July 10, 2009 from Fort Sumner Cemetery with Sister Phyllis Supencheck officiating.
