Phillip T Griego

Phillip T. Griego, age 64, passed away on November 1, 2006 in El Paso, TX following an illness. Phillip was born April 25, 1942 in Tucumcari, NM. Survivors include his 4 sons; Phillip Eugene Griego and wife Laveta of Las Vegas, NV, Jerry Griego and wife Lorena from Plainview, TX Sammy T. Griego and wife Betty of Deming, NM, Leonard Griego and wife Chanel of Tucumcari and his stepdaughter Judy Roybal of Tucumcari. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 3 sisters; Julia Sandoval and Dolores Reed from Tucumcari and Fay Lucero of Rocky Ford, CO, 2 brothers; George Griego of Portales and Felix Griego, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. A public visitation will be held on Saturday, November 4, starting at 11:00 until 3:00 from St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Tucumcari. Rosary services will be conducted on Sunday, November 5, at 7:00 PM from St. Anne’s Church. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 6, at 10:00 AM also from St. Anne’s Church with Father Leo Padget officiating. Burial will follow at Tucumcari Memorial Park.
