Alice Martinez Garmon

Alice Martinez Garmon, age 52, passed away September 28, 2006 at Trigg Memorial Hospital in Tucumcari. Alice was born April 2, 1954 in Tucumcari to the home of Frank and Adella Apodaca Martinez. She was reared and attended schools in Tucumcari. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Leroy Martinez. Survivors include her daughter Lanette Garmon, her son Ricky Garmon, Jr., two sisters; Julia Martinez, Donna Martinez, four brothers; Raymond Martinez and wife Kim, Frank Martinez, Jerry Martinez and wife Jennifer, David Martinez and wife Monique, her grandsons, Isiah and Latham along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. A Rosary will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 2, from St.Anne's Church in Tucumcari. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 3, 2006 also from St. Anne's Church with Father Leo Padget officiating. Burial will follow at the Tucumcari Memorial Park. Serving as Pallbearers will be Johnathan Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Jerry Lopez, Nicki Martinez, Christopher Martinez and Norman Martinez.
