Anna (Pacheco) Strom

Anna Marie (Pacheco) Strom, 44, of Denton, Texas, a homemaker, died Thursday, July 24, 2003 at Denton Community Hospital following a corageous battle with Liver Cancer. She was born June 14, 1959, in Santa Rosa, N.M., the daughter of Della Sena. She was raised by her maternal grandmother Rosena Sena. Anna attended Santa Rosa Public schools, she was a member of the SRHS class of 1977. She graduated from Caprock Highschool in Amarillo, Tx. Anna was studing Dress Design at Women's University in Denton, TX. She loved to sew and quilt. Anna was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, Peter Ross Strom of Denton, TX; her mother and stepfather, Della and Joe Gonzales of Amarillo, TX; two daughters, Tara Strom of Amarillo and Tamara Strom of Denton; one brother, Mark Gonzales of Mesquite; and one sister, Janice Fabela of Amarillo, and four nieces, along with many relatives in Santa Rosa. Rosary services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Friday, August 1, 2003 from St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Santa Rosa. A memorial Mass will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Father Nick Nichols officiating.
