Lyrissa Marie Ortega

Services were held on Friday, August 22, 2003 at Nueatra Senora de Refugio Cemetery in Puerto De Luna for Lyrissa Marie Ortega, infant daughter of Darren and Yvette Ortega of Roswell, who was born August 15, 2003 at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center and passed away that same day. Lyrissa is survived by her parents Darren and Yvette, 2 sisters, Abrieana Guevara of Roswell and Czarina Ortega of Carlsbad, and a brother Santiago Ortega of Carlsbad. She is also survived by her grandparents, Georgina Yeager of Roswell, Johnny Gonzales of Roswell, and Arthur and Ramona Ortega of Santa Rosa, uncles Johnny Gonzales of Albuquerque, Luis Chavez and David Chavez of Santa Rosa, Aaron Ortega of Clovis, Arthur Ortega, Jr. and wife Rena of Minnesota, aunts Olympia E. Chavez of New Jersey, Savannah Gonzales of Las Cruces, Nadine Nunez and husband William of Phoenix and numerous cousins. Lyrissa is preceded in death by her great grandparents Santiago and Olympia Casaus of Santa Rosa, Abrelio and Antonia Ortega of Santa Rosa and a great uncle George Ortega, Sr. of Santa Rosa. All services were entrusted to the Chavez Funeral Home of Santa Rosa.
