Edward James Stivers, 89 of Albuquerque, NM died Tuesday at his home in Albuquerque, NM following an illness. Mr. Stivers was a retired Navy Veteran. Graveside services with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 11, 2005 from the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Arrangements are under the direction of Chavez Funeral Home, 804 North Fifth Street; Fort Sumner, New Mexico. (505) 355-2311.
