Jary P Jones

Jary Jones, age 56, passed away April 3, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque following an illness. Jary was born October 13, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri to the home of Gordon and Jeanee Allen Jones. He attended the University of Arizona and Arizona State University where he received his degree in Psychology. Jary made his home in Santa Rosa in 1992. He was currently working for the Santa Rosa Health Council and also served on the Board of Directors. He enjoyed reading, looking through his telescope, spending time with his family and working at the Health Council. Jary is preceded in death by his father Gordon. Survivors include his mother; Jeanee Jones of Sedona, AZ, his daughters; Crystal McDonald and husband Duncan, Michelle Flores and husband Ray all of El Paso, TX, and his son David Jones of Houma, LA, grandchildren; Matt and Kevin Flores and Hunter McDonald, Ex-wife and mother of his children; Linda Alarcon. Also surviving are his sisters; Cindy Robinson of Sedona, AZ, Meagen Peterson of Kansas City,Kansas and his brother Jon Jones of Phoenix, AZ. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 7, at 1:00 PM from St. Joseph Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be Jose Ayala, David Jones, Rudy Sanchez and Jon Jones. In leiu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Guadalupe County Health Council, P.O. Box 454, Santa Rosa, NM 88435. All services are entrusted to the Chavez Funeral Home of Santa Rosa.
