Natasha Roberta Serrano, age 16, passed away July 12, 2005 as a result of a tragic automobile accident. Natasha was born November 13, 1988 in Las Vegas, NM to the home of Robert Jr., and Patricia Madrid Serrano. She was attending Santa Rosa High School where she completed her Sophmore and was about to enter her Junior year. Natasha enjoyed playing basketball, hanging out with her friends and loved talking on the phone. She was employed at Carl's Jr. restaurant and playing girls softball with Joseph's Angels Team. Natasha is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dolores Madrid and her paternal grandmother Antonia Serrano. Survivors include her parents Robert Serrano, Jr. and Patricia Serrano of Santa Rosa, brothers; Joshua Serrano, Robert E. Serrano IV and Richie Serrano, grandfathers; Robert Serrano and Dicky Madrid both of Santa Rosa. Also surviving are numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and a host of relatives and friends. Rosary services will be conducted on Friday, July 15, at 7:00 PM from St. Rose Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, July 16, at 10:00 AM also from St. Rose Church with Father Bill Sanchez officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers will be her friends and family. All services are entrusted to the Chavez Funeral Home of Santa Rosa.
