Elbert "Snooky" Fish

Elbert E. “Snooky” Fish, 85 of House, NM died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock ,TX following an illness. E.E. was born July 10, 1922 at House, NM to the home of Charles E. and Goldie (Russell) Fish. E.E. married Willie Bryant at Clovis, NM in 1971. Snooky ranched and farmed near House, NM for many years. He was a member of the House Baptist Church. Snooky loved animals enjoyed playing 42 and having coffee with his friends at the Melrose Tire Store. Survivors include his wife Willie Fish of the family home; a son Nolan Fish of Clovis, NM; a brother Eugene Fish of St. Vrain, NM along with other relatives and many friends. At Snooky’s request no formal funeral services are planned. Private entombment will take place in the Sanctuary of Rest at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis, NM.
