Angela "Angie" Christine Reuther, age 23, a resident of Fort Sumner, NM since 1997 died Wednesday, April 30, 2003 in an automobile accident on Highway 104 in San Miguel County. Angie was born September 14, 1979 in Tacoma, Washington. She attended schools at Anchorage, Alaska, Flagstaff, and Camp Verde, AZ where she participated in the Speech and Debate team, Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, and the Equestrian Club. Angie received her BS in Psychology from Arizona State University and was currently working towards her Masters Degree at Highlands University in Las Vegas, NM. Angie was employed with NM Children’s Youth and Family Division at Tucumcari, NM. She loved horseback riding, reading, hiking, rock climbing and anything to do with animals. Angie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Arno Reuther. Survivors include her mom and dad Pamela and John Nuttall of Fort Sumner; her father and his wife Dick and Sherri Reuther of Prescott, AZ; several aunts, uncles, and many cousins, friends, and co-workers. A Remembrance Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 8, 2003 from the Valley Community House, Billy the Kid Drive, Fort Sumner, New Mexico.
