Felice Cepeda

Felice Georgeanna Cepeda, age 38, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2017 at her home in Logan, NM following an illness. Felice was born on September 30, 1978 in Tucumcari, NM to the home of Phillip and Pearl Trujillo. She was reared and attended schools in Tucumcari. Felice married Aureliano Cepeda on January 31, 2004. Felice worked for the Autumn Blessings Nursing Home, Lowes, The Westerner, Cherishes Restaurant, Hardees, Lotaburger and Party City. She loved to plan parties, make rosaries, do arts and crafts and spend time with her family. Felice was a parishioner at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Maria Gutierrez, Celestina Trujillo, John Trujillo, Jane Blea and Frank Blea, her Uncle Edward Trujillo and her Aunt Maxine Chavez. Survivors include her husband Aurelino Cepeda of the family home in Logan, her parents Pearl and Phillip Trujillo of Tucumcari, her step son Dominique Perry of Elk City, OK, her sisters Juanita Trujillo-Ezqueda and Tracy Trujillo both of Tucumcari, Linda Knowles of Midland, TX and her brother Allen Knowles of Midland, TX, her nieces and nephews Alissa Trujillo, Destiny Trujillo, Taveon Skinner-Trujillo, Moneice Skinner-Trujillo, Daniella Miller her Goddaughter Icce Trujillo, her mother in law Cora Gallegos of Logan along with numerous relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, from St. Anne’s Church in Tucumcari. Rosary services will be held on Thursday, August 17, at 10:00 AM also at St. Anne’s Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow with Father Hyginus Anuta officiating. Burial will follow at the Logan Cemetery, Logan, New Mexico. Serving as Pallbearers will be Julian Blea, Johnny Blea, Antonio Montoya, Brian Trujillo, Michael Montoya, Albert Montoya, Allen Knowles, Christopher Trujillo and Jeremy Trujillo. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Luke Trujillo, Gabriel Cordova, Eugene Trujillo, Manuel Trujillo, Louis Trujillo, Linda Knowles and Daniella Miller.
