Molly Dodge, 60, of Santa Rosa, NM was born in Borger, TX on December 25, 1955. She took her last breath on earth and her first breath in heaven on July 12, 2016 after a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her father George Dodge, Sr, step father Ted Williams, husband Eddie Romo, a son Edward Romo, and a special niece Tenika Dodge, her paternal grandparents Roman (Pappi) Dodge, Amalia Flores Dodge (her namesake) and Manuelita Dodge all from Puerto de Luna, NM along with her maternal grandparents Martin Trujillo Sr. and Eufelia Trujillo from Sapello, NM. She is survived by her Mother Esperanza (Hope) Facio, step father Manuel Facio of Los Ranchos, NM. Siblings George Dodge, Jr and wife Kathy, sister Susan Mumford and husband Bob, brother Manuel Dodge and wife Ramona, niece Tina McWilliams and husband Jesse, nephew Abran Dodge and wife Lisa and their children Rachel and Lauren, niece Carol Neely and husband Mike, niece Renee Micelli and husband Mark and their children Anthony, Monica, Madison, and nephew Adam Dodge, niece Anna Cordova and Fiance Dino Pena, Nephew James Cordova, Jr., and wife Anna Mae. Step siblings include Janel Salazar and husband Rick, Lynnette Williams, and Lisette Cedarleaf and husband John, Evelyn Facio amd Jose Quintana, Vicente Facio and wife Carmen, Angelica Facio and Linda, Elizabeth Facio, Dominique Facio and Phillip. Also her sisters in law Maggie Cordova and husband Steven and Adela Romo. Molly grew up attending the St. Rose de Lima Catholic School until 8th grade and went on to graduate from Santa Rosa High school in 1974. Molly continued her education in Business Admin at Camp Luna in Las Vegas, NM graduating with honors. Her first job was with the Santa Rosa Elementary schools under the late Mr. Eli Martinez as his Admin Secretary. She later was employed by at the County Court house with Assistant District attorneys Art Vargas and Frank Martinez of the fourth judicial courts. Later, she was employed with the NM State Human Services Dept. Molly lived a full happy life whose laugh was contagious. Her smile and laugh lit up a room when she walked in. She loved to sing & dance to the 70’s music and was a great friend to many, many people. She was definitely a Daddy’s girl. She LOVED the Dallas Cowboys, especially Tony Romo and would never miss a game. On any given Sunday, you could hear her screaming at the TV while watching the game. We will cherish many wonderful memories until we meet again with our Lord in Heaven. A Celebration of her Life was held at the Santa Rosa convention center on Friday, July 15, 2016. The funeral mass was held at the St. Rose de Lima Catholic Church on Saturday, July 16, 2016 with Monsignor Anthony Bolman officiating. Burial of cremains was held in the evening.
