Keith Wylie

Ronnie Keith Wylie of Clovis, NM formerly of Ft Sumner, NM passed away Thursday May 12, 2016 at his home in Clovis. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Faith Christian Family Church with Pastor David Swann officiating. Pallbearers will be Tiffany Hunter, Ronnie Wylie, James Lucero, Robert Lucero, Carisa Bartee, Justin Jennings, Heather Garcia, Mark Garcia, Jamie Wylie, Jessica Wylie, Kristen Martinez, Francisco Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Jeffrey James "JJ" Wylie, and Kristofer Martinez. Ronnie was born July 17, 1940 in Ricardo, NM to James Roland Wylie and Thelma Alberta Minor Wylie. He married Judy Messerschmidt December 31, 1965 in San Diego, CA. He served in the US Navy, 1961-1965 and as a New Mexico State Police Officer 1966-1978. Ronnie worked for Cannon AFB as the ACOE Inspector until he retired in 2014. He enjoyed woodworking, building and flying model airplanes, working on old cars, and spending time with family but especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Judy of the home; four children, Jeff (Ruby) Wylie of Murrieta, CA, Debbra (Ken) Bannigan of San Antonio, TX, Robert (AnnMarie) Wylie of Clovis, NM, and James Wylie of Albuquerque, NM; brother, Donald Wylie of Ft. Sumner, NM; sister, Wanda (Terri) Robins of Minneapolis, KS; 15 grandchildren, Tiffany (Jacob) Hunter, Ronnie (Carissa) Wylie, James Lucero, Robert Lucero, Carisa Bartee, Justin Jennings, Heather Garcia, Mark Garcia, Jamie Wylie, Jessica Wylie, Kristen Martinez, Francisco Martinez, Isabella Martinez, Jeffrey James "JJ" Wylie, and Kristofer Martinez; and six great-grandchildren, George, Logan, Derek, Lil James, Linken, and Lakota.
