Marie Antoinette Anaya, age 32, died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis. She was born July 13, 1982 in Santa Rosa, NM, the daughter of Marie Rose Anaya and Dominic Madrid. Antoinette was an avid “Dallas Cowboys” fan; she loved spending time with her niece and nephew who she adored. She also loved spending time with all her pets and her family. Antoinette also enjoyed doing arts and crafts, watching movies and eating popcorn. She is preceded in death by her Uncle Michael Anaya, Maternal Grandfather Nolly Anaya, Paternal great grandparents Amelia “Molly” Madrid, Lalo Madrid and Jacoba Madrid, Maternal great grandmothers Beatrice Gallegos and Peggy Callaway and her step-father Robert Chavez. Survivors include her parents Marie Anaya of the family home in Clovis, her father Dominic Madrid of Albuquerque, Maternal Grandmother Jane Anaya of Vaughn, her two sisters, Kimberly Apodaca (Anthony) of Clovis and April Estes of Estes Park Colorado, two nieces Faith “Creepy” Apodaca and Sadie Estes, her nephew Anthony “T-Pain” Apodaca. Also surviving are her God Parents Pete Anaya and Muriel Adkins as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 14, at 2:00 PM fromThe First Baptist Church in Vaughn with Pastor Roy Denton Officiating. Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Vaughn. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00-2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church. Serving as Pallbearers will be Celso Anaya, Kameron Anaya, Anthony Apodaca, John Williams, Darcy Madrid, Joe Madrid, E.J. Rodriguez, Pete Anaya and Mark Madrid. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Norman Madrid, Faith Apodaca, Anthony Apodaca, Jr., Lupe Howe III, Lupe Howe, Darryl Madrid, Sylvia Madrid Rodriguez and Emily Anaya.
