Yolanda Trujillo

Rosary services for Yolanda Trujillo will be held on Tuesday, November 4, at 7:00 PM. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 5, at 10:00 AM also from St. Rose Church with Father Sotero A. Sena officiating. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be; Susan Oviedo, Alice Aragon, Diana Chavez, Molly Dodge, Anna Lucero, Tina Cowan, Annette Chavez, and John Cordova. Yolanda passed away on October 30, 2014 at the University Of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque following a sudden illness. Yolanda was born on February 6, 1960 in Santa Rosa, NM to the home of Eli and Bitalia (Valverde) Trujillo. She was reared and attended schools in Santa Rosa graduating from Santa Rosa High School in 1978. Yolanda married Jerry Gonzales in 1999. She was currently working with the Department of Human Services as a caseworker. Yolanda enjoyed doing art work, listening to classical rock music and being with her grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Tony Trujillo and Gilbert Trujillo, a special cousin Paul Gonzales and her Uncle Richard Gutierrez. Survivors include her husband Jerry Gonzales of the family home in Santa Rosa, her children Leon Trujillo and wife Sara of Las Vegas, NM, Sara Trujillo of Santa Rosa, her Son in Law Randy Lopez of Santa Rosa, grandchildren; Anna Maria Lopez, Troy Lopez, Leon Trujillo, Jr., Brooke Garcia and boyfriend Brian and her great granddaughter Jaylee. Also surviving is her sister Debbie Trujillo of Santa Rosa, her brothers Raymond Trujillo and wife Sue of Santa Rosa and Robert Trujillo and wife Margaret also of Santa Rosa along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of relatives, co-workers and friends.
