Ermelinda Cobos Campos

Mrs. Ermelinda (Cobos) Campos, age 63 of Vaughn, NM passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her home following an illness. Mrs. Campos was born May 21, 1950 in Central, New Mexico to the home of Pedro and Antonia (Jaime) Cobos. She grew up in Central where she attended school. Ermelinda married Serafin Campos on October 24, 1979 in Hanover, NM. She is survived by her husband Serafin Campos of the home in Vaughn, two daughters Christina Campos of Las Cruces, NM Antonia Crow and husband Ronald of Edgewood, NM, three sons Dennis Campos, of Deming, NM Timoteo Campos of Eldorado, KS, and Marco Ramirez and wife Joann of Las Cruces, NM. Two brothers also survive Matilde Holguin of Phoenix, AZ and Tony Ordonez of Deming, NM. Other survivors include 16 grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Vaughn, NM, on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 a rosary will be recited at 10:00 am, followed by the Mass of Christian burial. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Vaughn. Pallbearers will be Andrew Campos, Alex Ramirez, Marco Serafin Ramirez, Timoteo Campos, Dennis Campos, and Marco Ramirez.
