Lucille D. Salas, age 54, passed away peacefully at her residence with her family at her side on March 13, 2013. Lucille was born on August 19, 1958 in Santa Rosa to the home of Miguel Salas and Juanita (Duran) Salas. She was reared and attended schools in Santa Rosa. Lucille worked at various motels in Santa Rosa. She enjoyed babysitting and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed sewing, cooking and doing crossword puzzles. She is preceded in death by her father Miguel Salas, her mother Juanita Chavez, brothers and sisters, Tony Salas, Christine Salas, Esther Griego, Raymond Salas, Freddy Salas, Martin Salas and Delbert Salas. Survivors include her children, Phillip Campos, Yolanda Salas and Robert Methola and Miguel Salas, her grandchildren, Brooklyn Methola, Davina Campos, Ozzylynne Methola and Lathan Campos. Also surviving are her sisters, Gloria Salas, Perla Salas, Martha Salas, Priscilla Aragon and Barbara Duke along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Rosary services will be held on Monday, March 18, at 7:00 PM from Chavez Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 19, at 10:00 AM from St. Rose of Lima Church with Father Thomas Kayammakal officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetey. Serving as Pallbearers will be Christopher Salas, Anthony Salas, Santana Campos, Lawrence Sanchez, Brandon Duke, John Duke and Ricardo Hernandez.
